Ricardo Rodriguez is the Dispatch Manager for Chicago Bus Charter, and a vital member of our team since 2016. Ricardo first joined us as a driver and quickly moved up to dispatching before ultimately becoming our Dispatch Manager.
His experience as a former driver gives him extensive knowledge of logistics, including specific locations, venues, and routes. This expertise is invaluable in his daily tasks, allowing him to build and execute highly effective schedules consistently. Ricardo excels at maintaining strong relationships with all our drivers and various affiliates, ensuring seamless collaboration when additional support is needed
In addition to his dispatching duties, Ricardo also manages our bus cleaning crew. He communicates with them daily, providing detailed instructions on which buses were used and need servicing. Ricardo is a significant asset to our company, always ready to assist with any issues that arise without hesitation. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond make him an essential member of our team.

They contacted me as the event got closer, asked if I needed to make any changes, they emailed me updates throughout the day, when the driver had been dispatched etc. Everyone I talked with was professional and helpful. The prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company, and of course I won’t forget to add they had really nice vehicles
